Chickpea flour is naturally gluten free. It is a fine yellow flour with an earthy flavour. Can be used for fritters, batters, pancakes, sauces and as a vegan egg substitute

Chickpea flour (also called gram flour)is made from ground chickpeas is great to coat vegetables for pakoras or to make flatbreads. It is pale yellow and powdery and has an earthy flavour best suited to savoury dishes.

Typical pack size is 500g

It is widely used in Indian cookery. Gram flour contains no gluten.

We operate in a small premises handling flour, therefore, although this product is gluten free, we can not guarantee it will not contain traces of gluten.
