These organic kidney beans have a reddish-brown exterior and a soft, creamy flesh when cooked. Take care when cooking as they contain toxins on the outer skins but this is rendered harmless by boiling. They are great in mixed beans salads and stews and, best of all, in a mixed bean chilli. To cook, soak overnight, rinse then boil for 1-2 hours until tender.
