This is a deliciously herby vegan sausage mix that goes well with a some good old roast potatoes and veg. Or why not try baking it in crumbs and sprinkling over a stew for a tasty crunch. Yum
Cooking instructions – Mix 125g with 175ml of boiling water and 2tsp oil in a bowl and cover for 10 minutes. Shape into 6 sausages then fry in oil or bake for 200?C for 20 mins.
