These British grown beans are fantastically versatile and make a great dal, falafels and hummus. They also go really well in soups, stews and curries.
They are much easier to cook than many dried pulses as they don’t require soaking.
Cooking instructions: Boil for 10 minutes then simmer, braise or roast for 20-30 minutes. You can soak them first if you wish, this will reduce the cooking time.
Why not cook in larger batches then freeze them until needed?
